With over 40 years of hands-on and executive experience in manufacturing environments, Joseph Terrano understands that a business system is only as good as the physical processes backing it up. He began his career on the floor as a precision sheet metal mechanic, advancing through positions in drafting, engineering services, manufacturing engineering, materials management, and continuous improvement.

This foundational, boots-on-the-ground experience paved the way for his 15+ years as a strategic technology leader. Most recently, Joseph spent over a decade as the Global Director of ERP Systems for Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corp. There, he directed cross-continental teams in the US, Mexico, UK, and China, seamlessly integrating acquisitions, harmonizing global business units, and architecting resilient digital infrastructure.

Today, through AcuTrax Consulting LLC, Joseph brings this rare dual perspective, deep industrial shop floor knowledge paired with advanced data governance and enterprise software mastery to help mid-sized manufacturers and local businesses unlock growth and eliminate operational waste.
